How to Register
Note: Anyone who has registered with Hunter College but not with the Continuing Education Department, will have to create a Continuing Education Student ID.
Click on “Browse Courses/New Student.”
Select the semester in which you want to take a course.
To choose your course, click on the "Register Course" link and select your section.
To view your Cart, click on the “View Selected courses.”
To complete your online registration, click "Continue to Register" and set up a New Student Account.
If you have previously registered at Continuing Education, you must register as a Returning Student, not as a New Student.
To register as a Returning Student, you will need to provide your Continuing Education Student I.D.
The Student I.D. is listed in the bottom left corner of your Confirmation Letter. It usually consists of the first three initials of your Last Name, first two initials of your First Name, followed by numbers 0001, 0002, 0003 etc.
If you do not know your Student I.D., e-mail email@example.com (Please label the Subject "User ID" and provide your Full Name and Date of Birth).
If you are on a Payment Plan, please call the office or email us to register for your course. If you are paying for each course individually, then follow New Students' or Returning Students' procedures.
If you are applying for a promotional discount, then you have to register in person, by phone, by mail or by fax. Hunter Student/Employee, CUNY Employee, and Senior discounts must be done in person with proof.
Also, our courses are non credited courses, therefore we do not offer financial assistance.
